The short answer is; we are a four time “Contractor of The Year” Award Winning design/build remodeling firm deeply rooted in systems based management for all aspects of our business from project design, to administration, to production and final cleanup.
But the core of Legacy Builders and Remodelers Corporation goes much deeper.
We are a team of unique individuals each with our own talents, strengths and weaknesses, no one of us left to stand alone, to try to do it all. Instead we are all woven into one team, each of us complimented and supported by all the others.
Led by Art Donnelly CR, CKBR as President and Ann Donnelly, Vice–President, Legacy Builders and Remodelers Corporation is built on a strong foundation formed over the past 29 years. Utilizing a systematic approach to manage our everyday operations allows us greater flexibility and time to focus on developing creative solutions in answer to our clients remodeling needs.

According to these ongoing survey results, 100% of our responding clients would recommend us to a friend. The national average for the remodeling industry, based on a poll of 35,000 homeowners who had recently remodeled, is only 64%. That means that, within the industry as a whole, more than a third of homeowners who remodel would not recommend their remodeler to a friend.
