Art has been an amazing find. He assisted in the remodeling of my kitchen and appliances, widening of my entry–ways and installation of windows, sliding glass doors, and floors. But he has been there to smooth over issues with work that he is not accountable for at all. He is still doing other work in my home and continues to be a blessing.
Art is a gentleman and has great business sense. He comes when he promises and displays capability for running a very professionally run organization. There is always paperwork and a clear explanation for everything, including costs. I felt very comfortable working alongside him and appreciated his ability to make my home his pride. I always knew there was no hidden agenda. He was nice enough to make adjustments on a floor installation that he was only attempting to fix because it was done wrong by another contractor I had hired.

We hired Legacy after doing our homework. We knew they were a good quality company already and they lived up to their reputation.
They made sure it was not just livable as we remodeled one floor of the house at a time, but also safe. We discussed our needs with having three small children, one of which had allergies and asthma. They had some unique ideas regarding how to keep things secure. They walled off the work area, which worked very well. They respected our wishes and our gratitude was expressed greatly.
Their constant communication with us about the process and progress, beautiful craftsmanship, trustworthiness, and they deal with any problems immediately. The subcontractors were also very professional and of high quality work. Art is a very talented designer and had very helpful advice and thought about details that we had not thought of. The staff left my house very clean and was very attuned to the needs of my family. We were able to stay in the house, even though it was a whole house renovation. Their responsiveness and conscientious attitude alone are enough to have them work on your home. The house came out beautiful and we have certainly recommended them since.
