What is design/build?

What is ‘value engineering’?

When it comes to that delicate balance between design concept and budget control, value engineering is the answer.  If the cost of a particular design element will be higher than the budget goal, the design can be re-tuned to meet the budget by exploring alternate materials, methods or design factors. This can all be achieved while in the early design stages, saving money and valuable time. This is what design/build is all about.

What if I already have plans for my project?

We welcome the opportunity to work with you and your designer/architect to develop the specification details of your project and the associated construction costs.  We will provide our construction expertise, analysis and value engineering to assure your goals will be reached and your expectations exceeded when your project is complete. Our Plans-In-Hand Program provides the much needed missing link for preparing your project for transition to a smooth and successful project.
